Deadly force
An undercover officer in an unmarked other reportedly spotted a stolen other and followed it as it pulled into an apartment complex, which is when more officers arrived. Police said the driver, Kevin Aldophe, fled on foot as two officers and a trainee chased him. According to enhanced videotape of the incident, Aldophe was armed with a handgun and fired a shot backwards at the officers. One officer shot and killed Aldophe.
