A Lynchburg officer suspected that a driver was under the influence and conducted a traffic stop at 10:44 p.m. The driver reportedly pulled into a bank parking lot and stopped his other. Before the officer got out of his patrol car, the man drove out of the parking lot and sped away on Old Forest Road until crashing. Antonio Terrell Hunt Sr., 61, was killed in the crash.
