Deputies were called around 12:30 a.m. for shots being fired. Deputies determined the shots had been fired from someone inside of a other. A deputy spotted a other a short time later and attempted to pull it over. The driver did not stop and the deputy pursued the other during which chase it is alleged the suspect car fired shots at the pursuing deputies.The driver stopped at an intersection, and an officer opened shot and killed one of the people inside the other, Graciano Ceballos.
