Police responded to a family dispute call around 12:45 p.m., Anthony Ysaac was holding his a woman hostage. Ysaac allegedly came out of the house holding a handgun, and Officers David Orozco, David Torres and Brandon Prisk shot and killed him when he failed to comply with orders to drop it.
