Officers responded to a report of a man with suicidal intentions. The man, Michael Seltzer, 81, allegedly shot one time at officers when they arrived. He barricaded himself inside his home and didn't respond to loudspeaker orders for him to lay down his firearm and come out. Seltzer eventually came out of his home brandishing a handgun, and three officers shot and killed him.
