Carlos "Charles" Cruz allegedly shot a father and son, Rafael Garcia, 42, and Jonathan Garcia, 16, and fled. He was being chased by police who found Cruz after he crashed into a train. The coroner determined that Cruz had killed himself with a self-inflicted gunshot.
