Deadly force
A man who was allegedly stealing people's mail was taken to a hospital after being tasered. When the man was released back to the police, he slipped his handcuffs and escaped the officer guarding him. The officer caught up to him, a struggle ensued and the man allegedly tried to grab the officer's gun. The officer shot the man twice, killing him.
