The Chamblee Police 911 center received several calls at about 8:57 a.m. about a man armed with a gun in the parking lot of a business. Police encountered Marcos Reyes in his car with a rifle. Officers tried to negotiate with Reyes, but he got out of the other and began firing at officers with the rifle. Officers shot and killed Reyes.
