Officers reportedly found a other that had been reported stolen other being driven on Riverside Parkway, and officers attempted to stop it. It was occupied by three teenagers. The driver did not stop, and police pursued.until the car went behind a building and ran into a dead-end. At that point, two of the teens allegedly tried to run and were chased by officers. During the pursuit, one of the teens, Vincent Demario Truitt, 17, allegedly brandished a handgun and was shot and killed by an officer.
