Around 11:43 p.m., officers were called to a residence for a domestic disturbance. As police approached the home, officers saw Grant King step outside. He immediately began firing a gun at the officers. One officer shot, and King went into the residence. After several hours of negotiations, he stopped communicating with the officers. Police shot tear gas into the home, and then entered. King shot at officers again. Officers shot and killed him.
