An NYPD squad car speeding to a 911 call allegedly didn't use his siren or pay attention to his surroundings when he blew through a Brooklyn intersection, killing Delroy Morris on his motorcycle. Morris' family is now suing the city for $20 million and want Officer Angelo Martino to be fired and criminally charged for the July 25 crash.
