Police tried to pull over a Chevrolet Monte Carlo for allegedly passing another car unsafely. The driver of the Monte Carlo fled the traffic stop and police pursued the other. David Garnes, 45, and Jonathan Davidson, 18, were killed when the Monte Carlo left the roadway and struck two trees.
