Officers were dispatched to a call at about 4:21 p.m. to investigate reports of an man suffering from a possible mental episode. Jeffrey Hubbard allegedly had fired multiple rounds inside of his residence. When officers arrived they attempted to contact the man. He came out of the home, armed with a handgun and allegedly pointed it at officers. Officers John Fieweger, 33 and Isaiah Garcia, 27, shot and killed Hubbard.
