A trooper attempted to pull over a other, which was described as reckless on southbound I-95 near Delray Beach. The other failed to stop. It crashed into another other, and the driver climbed out of it, shooting at the troopers with a rifle as he ran away. Trooper Horlkins Saget shot and killed Steve Gilbert.
