Police were called to a domestic dispute around 3:45 a.m. The man had already left when police arrived. While police were still there, the man returned and left again at a high rate of speed. A short police chase began. Officers had reportedly terminated the pursuit but saw the car crash into a box truck at the intersection, killing Joshua Kirchhoff.
