A Brunswick officer patrolling downtown reportedly saw a other speeding. While looking for that other, police found a man on foot who ran when he saw officers. As one officer ran after the man, the man allegedly fired several shots in the direction of a second officer. That officer, Donald Babbin, shot and killed Charles Eric Moses Jr.
