Pursuit

Around 3 a.m., deputies began a pursuit with Seth Button, 35, who was wanted on a felony Department of Corrections warrant. Troopers took over the pursuit when the chase crossed into Yakima County. About 20 minutes later, the driver crossed into the westbound lanes of I-82 and began heading in the wrong direction through the city of Yakima. Troopers reportedly called off the chase. The driver struck another other head-on near the Beech Street overpass, causing fatal injuries to himself and his passenger, Neil Sartain, 40. The other driver was also injured.
