Deputies were on their way to investigate a stolen car when they passed Andrew Flynn, 24, the alleged thief of the car, driving at over 100 miles an hour in the opposite direction. By the time the deputies had turned around and caught up to Flynn, he had crashed at high speed and killed himself.
