James Rowdy Stone was being pursued by an unmarked other of Taylor County Law Enforcement through north Abilene. The unmarked unit reportedly stopped the pursuit when Stone attempted to pass a pickup truck that was turning onto Jameson St. The motorcycle collided with the truck sending the Stone onto the pavement, killing him.
