Around 1:30 a.m., Trifton Wacoche was reportedly fleeing from police with the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service and Delaware County Sheriff's Office near Kenwood. He was killed in an exchange of gunfire with the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service officer. A second person was arrested for unspecified reasons.
