Less-than-lethal force

Evan Terhune reportedly became violent at a gathering where those in attendance told police the hallucinogenic drug LSD was used. An officer had to use a Taser to subdue Terhune, but reportedly no other force was used. Officers put handcuffs on him and put him into the police wagon where he continued to slam himself against the walls of the police wagon for at least 17 minutes because he was not restrained.
