Police responded to reports of a shoplifter around 12:30 p.m. Police said a man fled after being approached by a deputy. Deputies Ryan Smith and Matt Tomsich located the man in a wooded area, and reportedly shocked him with Tasers before shooting and killing Estavon Elioff.
