Police responded for a welfare check. The reporting party said a man was rolling around inside a other and possibly using drugs. When officers arrived, they found Reno E. Casanova allegedly using narcotics inside his other. Officers arrested the man, and restrained him in handcuffs in the back seat of a patrol other. When the officers returned to the patrol other they found Casanova dead.
