Around 1 p.m., man called 911 when he spotted his stolen truck. The person driving that truck hit a police other when officers responded. The driver fled, and officers pursued the other until it ran a stop sign at 17th and Orville, striking another other with two people inside, killing Mario Madruga, 89, and Delia Madruga, 85.
