Several 911 callers reported a man acting erratic, laying on the ground, damaging parked vehicles and chasing people with a machete around 6:10 p.m. The man allegedly attacked a woman and her dog with the weapon. When police arrived, the man charged at them with the machete, and they shot and killed him.
