Police were chasing Malcolm Stewart, 29, who allegedly was driving a 2014 Mercedes-Benz in Medford at approximately 12:30 p.m., when he drove through a red light and his other struck a 2021 Chevrolet, driven by James Palumbo, killing Palumbo.
