Pedestrian James Jackson, 62, was killed by a other on North Road. While troopers were investigating the collision, a other drove through the collision scene and struck Jackson's body and fled. A trooper pursued the other on North Road with emergency equipment activated. During the pursuit, a Chevrolet pulled out from the Citgo gas station and was struck by the SCHP Charger, killing Patricia Brickle.
