Around 5 p.m., officers pulled over a other for an alleged traffic violation, and a passenger exited the car and ran. One officer pursued on foot, and the other officer stayed with the driver. According to police, shortly after beginning to chase the man, the officer heard a gunshot and found the man with a what appeared to be a fatal, self-inflicted gunshot.
