Los Angeles police spotted an allegedly stolen Honda CRV at around 12:30 a.m. When they tried to pull it over, the driver sped off, and police pursued. The pursued driver exited at Corporate Center Drive in Monterey Park, and he lost control and slammed into a tree. The driver was killed, and a passenger was injured.
