At approximately 10 p.m., U.S. Marshals pursued a fugitive other until it crashed in Pocatello. Two men got out of the other, and one exchanged gunfire with deputy U.S. marshals and was shot and killed. The second man, Richard "Rocky" Iverson, fled, later peacefully surrendered to police.
