Justin Lynn reportedly was wanted on Federal Bond violation for Distribution of Methamphetamines. Lynn was shot and killed as officers were attempting to arrest Lynn at the Comfort Inn. The news reports are so impenetrable as to make it impossible to determine if Lynn shot at officers or had a gun.
