Deputies responded around 12:15 a.m. to a report of an argument between a man and a woman which involved a firearm at a home in the town of Taycheedah. Deputies interviewed the woman, then later stopped a other that left the home. Deputies found the man hiding in the trunk of the other, and the man allegedly pulled out a gun. Deputies surrounded the other and tried to negotiate with the man for several minutes before he shot and killed himself.
