Police received a 911 call at 5:03 p.m. about the welfare of an individual at a residence. Responding officers were directed to a man in a other who allegedly was intoxicated, armed with a handgun and making threats. Officers spoke with the man. He allegedly fired a handgun from inside the other, and the officers shot and killed him.
