Deadly force

Two men, a woman, and a child were parked in the entrance of an apartment complex, and officers stopped to investigate. While the driver was outside of the car talking to officers, the other man in the car pulled off, reportedly hitting an officer. Police found the car at the Valencia Square Apartments. Someone from an apartment, reportedly told them a man inside had hostages.As police waited outside, Raheem Reed reportedly jumped from the second story and waved a gun at officers, who shot and killed him.
