Police were dispatched to a domestic dispute. Police said one of the men involved in the dispute had a gun, and they spent an hour trying to convince him to give up peacefully, but then Officer Bryce Willsey shot and killed him. Details as to what precipitated the killing were withheld by police. This was Willsey's fourth killing in six years.
