Webbers Falls police responded to the west side of the Webbers Falls Lock and Dam to arrest Benjamin Ridley on outstanding warrants. Muskogee County Sheriff's Office also responded. Ridley allegedly was armed with a handgun when officers arrived. Officers fired shot and killed Ridley.
