Franklin Park police pulled over Nicholas Quinones for erratic driving. Officers said his speech was slurred and smelled alcohol on his breath. Quinones took off, and officers pursued the suspected intoxicated man at speeds up to 100 mph. Police said he blew through at least two red lights before he struck and killed Dan Keene.
