Oliver "Ollie" Taylor died following a shootout between police, and the man suspected of kidnapping him. Kenneth Peden III, the man accused in the kidnapping, is expected to be charged in the teen's death. Court records alleged Peden tried to kill the teen and fatally injured the teen using a handgun.
