Police pursued Xander Mann, with four teenage passengers in the other, for more than 7-miles through Modesto after failing to stop for a traffic violation. A deputy used his other to disable the car, forcing it sideways to a stop. Deputy Gerardo Zazueta shot and killed the boy.
