William Leger was allegedly fleeing from officers and driving the wrong way on Route 107 in Saugus when he ran into Ashley Forward's other. Around 11 a.m., Saugus Police responded to a 7-Eleven for a report of an unarmed robbery, and began pursuing Leger.
