A trooper attempted to conduct a traffic stop. During the stop, Kenneth Ray Wright, 37, got into a fight with the trooper. Eventually, Wright, got back into his car and fled. He allegedly hit and killed Stephen Milton who was trying to cross Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
