Wilmington Police Department initiated a traffic stop on an allegedly stolen other at 7:22 p.m. The driver fled from officers and ran red lights until the car crashed into the driver's side of a flatbed tow truck, causing the truck to spin around. The driver of the car, Jahon Bemboom, was killed.
