Officers were called to a service station about 8 a.m. by a 911 caller reporting the driver of the other that crashed was fighting with customers inside the store. Straughter reportedly was taken into custody without incident, but became unresponsive before arriving with officers at Las Vegas City Jail. Clark County Coroner's Office ruled his death accidental and said Straughter died from a methamphetamine overdose, plus other contributing health factors, including dehydration.
