Jesus Salvador Valeta was suspected of a shooting when he fled a police stop and ran from the car with what looked like a gun in his hand. The other three suspects remained in the other. He reportedly disregarded orders to stop and drop the weapon. He was confronted behind a fast-food restaurant, and an officer shot and killed him.
