About 7:30 p.m., police received reports of a suspicious person who was looking into other windows. An officer responded to the area where he found Brandon Lee Schlichting. When the officer tried to contact Schlicting, Schlicting allegedly pulled a gun and aimed it at the officer, who shot and killed him.
