Police responded to the Southlake Mobile Home Park after receiving a 911 call at 5:19 p.m. that a man had been shot in the head. About 45 minutes later, officers spotted a man reportedly matching the description of the suspect. Kevin Victor Johnston was shot and killed just outside the mobile home park. Details as to what precipitated the killing were withheld by police.
