About 3 a.m., a person contacted police reporting a man "unconscious" in a other at a traffic light. When officers arrived they noticed the man had a gun in his waistband. Officers immediately deployed a ballistic shield and attempted to wake the man up.At that point, officers shot and killed Antwan Gilmore. Details as to what precipitated the killing were withheld by police.
