Nathaniel Harvey was killed he lost control of his motorcycle around 1:15 a.m. while fleeing a police stop. A Yorkville police officer attempted to stop Harvey after seeing him speeding on Oriskany Boulevard, but after Harvey slowed down, he suddenly accelerated away. The officer saw him lose control and appear to hydroplane before crashing. Harvey was killed.
