Deputies were serving a search warrant at Tedman Werito's home. Werito was accused of beating a woman with a baseball bat. Werito allegedly threw a non-functioning grenade, and deputies then threw flashbangs and shot tear gas at the house. Werito allegedly pointed a gun at them, and they opened fire. The gun was a replica.
