Around 4 a.m., dispatchers received a call about people in a Jeep SUV threatening to shoot the person calling 911. Police tried to stop a Jeep SUV, but the driver allegedly fled. Police pursued the SUV until it crashed, ejecting the driver, Shawn Michael Passwater. Passwater was killed. A passenger in the other was also injured.
